Why I Started The Recruiter Read

I have spent more than 12 years in recruiting and talent acquisition, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, advising hiring teams, and helping organizations make better hiring decisions.

Across more than 700 hires in engineering, technology, healthcare, operations, sales, corporate functions, and leadership, I have seen qualified candidates overlooked because their resumes did not make their value clear quickly enough.

I created The Recruiter Read to give job seekers direct, practical guidance from someone who has actually reviewed resumes and made hiring decisions.
